Shipping Times & Delivery Fees
When placing an order, you can choose from several delivery options:
- Orders of €50 or more qualify for free pickup point delivery. You may also choose home delivery for €2.99.
- Orders of €100 or more qualify for free home delivery or free pickup point delivery.
- For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.49 for pickup point delivery or €6.99 for home delivery.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–4 business days for home delivery and 3–7 business days for pickup point delivery.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your package.
- If your order contains 3 or more items, return shipping is free. Simply contact our customer support at joynellepro@gmail.com to receive your prepaid return label.
- If your order contains 1 or 2 items, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Only the value of the returned items will be refunded. Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
European Union
Shipping Times & Delivery Fees
- Free home delivery is available on orders between €120 and €150, depending on the destination country.
- Below this threshold, shipping fees range from €13.99 to €15.99.
- For selected countries offering pickup point delivery, free pickup is available from:
- €50 for Belgium and Luxembourg
- €60 for the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days for home delivery and 5–8 business days for pickup point delivery.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days after receiving your order.
- For orders containing 6 or more items, Joynelle covers the return shipping costs. Simply pay for the return shipment, send us a copy of your receipt, and we'll reimburse the shipping cost once your return has been received and approved.
- For orders containing 5 items or fewer, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

United States & International
Shipping Times & Delivery Fees
- Free home delivery is available on orders between €150 and €200, depending on the destination country.
- Below this threshold, shipping fees range from €15.99 to €29.99.
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are not included in your order total or shipping costs.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authorities in the destination country.
Joynelle cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delivery delays caused by customs clearance.
Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
If customs duties or import taxes are refused and the package is returned to us, a partial refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to deduct 30% of the total order value to cover handling, outbound shipping, and return shipping costs.
Returns

- For orders containing 10 or more items, Joynelle covers return shipping under the same conditions as for European Union orders.
- For orders containing 9 items or fewer, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
