Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Products must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, panties and underwear that come into direct contact with intimate areas cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the underwear has been worn, washed, or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or if the product is defective.
